I'm Loving My Lumia

I've got 1st ever Lumia phone bearing Microsoft tag, the Microsoft Lumia 535 as the replacement for two of my phones as I find it a bit hassle to bring so many phones to the production line whenever I'm working.

Proud user of Lumia 535

As a proud shareholder of Microsoft (holding very small portion), I decided to get the first ever Lumia phone bearing the Microsoft tag and since the phone is a dual sim phone, it seems like a win win situation for me as well.

Freebies that comes together with Lumia 535

To be honest, I don't like the plastic feel of the phone, but well, it cost about RM429 with some freebies, what more you can ask right? Most phones with the specs like the Microsoft Lumia 535 would be easily additional few hundreds extra. For selfie lovers, although this is not a really high end with fast shutter camera phone, but with five megapixel and wide angle, I think you might just need to smile extra one two second to get your photo captured.

I'm not used to the key as I've been on iOS few years back but to be honest I'm starting to like the Microsoft Lumia 535. Windows Phone 8.1 runs smoothly for an entry level phone, that is amazing. Imagine running the most updated Android on the entry level phone.

Windows Phone 8.1 update with the Live Tiles

One feature from Windows Phone that differentiate the Windows Phone with iOS and Android is the Live Tile, and this is one of the feature that I love most on my Lumia 535. I can put up to a certain amount of stocks watchlist that updates regularly so I don't really have to log into any apps to check on the stock price....or I can just ask Cortana :p

Finally, the camera. I love it - both front and back. The shutter speed is nothing to shout, but since my iPhone4 is starting to show her age, I think the shutter speed from Lumia 535 is sometimes faster than the iPhone4 - depending on how long my iPhone4 is power up without shutting down. Both phones have five megapixel, but I think the camera from Lumia is starting to match the camera from iPhone.
